FNI 949 A Bedford J2 with coachwork by H.C.B. new to Blessington Co. Wicklow. This appliance was one of two Bedford J2s that served in Ireland, the other been ZW 8248 that served at Monasterevan Co. Kildare ,

The appliance was placed into preservation in Aug. 2010 by Wicklow County Fire Service in the care of the Fire Service Trust , the following photos will build a story of the restoration of the Bedford J2.
